Ayurvedic Homemade Remedies for Digestive Issues

Introduction: Digestive problems like indigestion, bloating, and constipation can be effectively managed using Ayurvedic remedies. Here are some homemade remedies to improve digestion and promote gut health.

Ginger and Lemon Infusion: Boil water and add grated ginger. Let it steep for a few minutes, strain, and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Drink this infusion before or after meals to stimulate digestion.

Triphala Powder: Triphala is an Ayurvedic herbal powder consisting of three fruits: Amalaki (Indian gooseberry), Bibhitaki, and Haritaki. Take a teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water before bedtime to improve bowel movements and relieve constipation.

Ajwain (Carom Seeds) Water: Boil a teaspoon of ajwain seeds in a glass of water. Let it cool, strain, and drink it to relieve indigestion, bloating, and flatulence.

Fennel Seeds: Chew a teaspoon of fennel seeds after meals to aid digestion and reduce bloating. Fennel seeds have carminative properties that help relieve gas and bloating.

Aloe Vera Juice: Drink a small glass of freshly extracted aloe vera juice in the morning on an empty stomach. Aloe vera juice can help soothe the digestive system, promote regular bowel movements, and alleviate constipation.
