Ancient Home remedy to treat hair falls … Well, you have to give only 2 minutes;
There are many natural remedies that are useful for inducing proper hair growth, but as per my experience, the most effective among them is Onion juice. Onion juice prevents hair breakage and accelerates regrowth of hair. This is due to sulfur increases the production of collagen which helps the hair to grow.
That’s the reason I use it for my hair growth. It has been used in centuries to cure hair loss.
Well, you will ask me how it works;
Onions are rich in sulfur, which is known to minimize breakage and thinning of hair;
The antibacterial and antifungal properties help to prevent and treat scalp infections. A healthier scalp will reduce hair loss.
The onion pulp improves blood circulation in the scalp, promoting hair growth.
How to make onion juice;
Take one large onion
Grater/ Blender/ juicer
How to prepare;
Wash the onion thoroughly and peel off the outer layer (you can use either of below method for quick results)
Juicer- Cut the onion into smaller pieces and toss it into a juicer. This is the fastest and easiest process to get the onion juice.
Blender- Peel the onion and cut it into about 4 sections. Then put them into your blender or food processor and start blending. Lastly, strain the mixture so that only the juice is remaining.
Grater- cut the onion in 2 pieces. Grate both pieces of the onion over a dish. Then strain the mixture to get just the juice.
How to use the mixture-
Take two tablespoons of onion juice.
Make the partition of hair and apply the juice.
Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with herbal shampoo.
Repeat this method twice in a week.
If you’re bothered by the strong smell of the onion, add some lemon juice or rose water to your hair rinse. Essential oils can also be used. Rosemary and lavender promote hair re-growth.
Add onions in your diet.
Since you are applying this mixture for the first time I would suggest you should try it on a small area of your scalp just to check whether you are allergic to it or not.
