Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil-
Form: medium-consistency and watery fluid.
Scent: fresh, floral, sweet, slightly fruity, fragrant yet delicate aroma.
Shade and Appearance: Clear colorless with a hint of yellow in it.
Chemical constituents: Linalol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Geranial, Benzyl-&Geranyl- Acetates, Eugenol, Methyl -Chavicol, Pinene, β-Caryophyllene, Farnasene are the main chemical constituents of the Ylang-Ylang oil.
Extraction method: The Ylang-ylang oil is extracted from the freshly picked flowers by steam distillation method.
